• Unless you selected express shipping at the time of your purchase, orders should be received within 3 to 7 business days. Note that post office boxes are not permitted for delivery.
  • Clients requesting a refund must contact us via telephone for approval. The merchandise must be returned along with a copy of the invoice and authorization number. Products returned without an authorization number will be rejected and returned to you at your cost.
  • Exchanges are permitted, with the exception of special orders and customized items.
  • The client is responsible for the shipping costs in the case of a return.
  • All merchandise must be in its original packaging and resalable in order to be exchanged or refunded.
  • Exchanges or refunds may be requested within 14 days of receiving the merchandise.
  • Exchanges will be processed according to their stock availability. You will be notified by email or telephone in the case of a back-order.
